The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Understanding these terms will help you interpret your rights and obligations when using the 33mwb platform.

To register and maintain an active account with 33mwb, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account.

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 33mwb operates strictly as an adult entertainment service. Players who are found to be under the age of 18 at any point will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held in those accounts will be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. We do not return funds to minors or their guardians.

Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 33mwb is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 33mwb makes no representation that the services are appropriate or legally available in all locations.

Personal Capacity: You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate accounts, accounts registered on behalf of another person, and shared accounts are not permitted. Each individual may hold exactly one account.

Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on any gaming platform, and you must not have been previously banned or suspended from 33mwb for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met and that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 33mwb account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

Account Sharing: Your 33mwb account is for your personal use only. Sharing your account with another individual — whether for gaming, betting, or financial purposes — is strictly prohibited. Any activity conducted through your account is your legal and financial responsibility, regardless of who performed it.

Unauthorised Access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 33mwb support team immediately via the email address registered to your account. 33mwb will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity. 33mwb cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Keeping Details Current: You are obligated to keep your registered account information — including email address, phone number, and payment method details — up to date. Outdated information may result in delays to withdrawals, failed KYC verification, or inability to receive important account notifications.

Verification Requests: 33mwb reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Inactivity: An account that has not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered inactive. 33mwb reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive real-money balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without notice.

All financial transactions on the 33mwb platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33mwb supports deposits and withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, local bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank), Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed at the platform level, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits in accordance with their own terms.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's account within two to five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to four business hours to reflect in the account balance. 33mwb does not charge any platform-side processing fee on deposits made via mobile financial services.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though 33mwb reserves the right to apply additional review steps for unusually large withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to four hours of the request being submitted during standard operating hours (BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player must have completed the KYC verification process and must not have any outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to their balance. Withdrawals from accounts with active bonuses will first apply the remaining wagering requirement before the withdrawal request is approved.

Payment Method Consistency: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent financial fraud and money laundering. Where this is not possible — for example, if a payment method has been deactivated — the player must contact support and provide documentation to support an alternative withdrawal method.

Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are displayed and settled in BDT. 33mwb does not currently support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied to BDT transactions.

33mwb offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar (Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, Independence Day, Victory Day).

Welcome Bonus: New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The specific bonus percentage and maximum amount applicable to a given promotion are displayed on the relevant promotional page and are subject to the wagering requirements stated therein. The welcome bonus is available to new players only, one per household, one per device, and one per IP address.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus funds become withdrawable). Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated on the promotion, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, table games contribute 10%, and sports betting contributes at a variable rate depending on the odds. Specific contribution rates are stated in the bonus terms for each promotion.

Bonus Abuse: 33mwb operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk (low-risk arbitrage), collusion between players to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other conduct that 33mwb reasonably determines to be an attempt to manipulate the bonus system. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be immediately suspended and any winnings derived from abusive activity will be forfeited.

Opt-In Requirement: Some promotions require explicit opt-in before a qualifying deposit is made. Where opt-in is required, this will be clearly stated on the promotional page. Retroactive opt-in — applying a bonus to a deposit already made before opting in — is not available.

Changes to Promotions: 33mwb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already opted into a promotion will have their rights under that promotion honoured at the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33mwb platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; attempting to charge back legitimate transactions; submitting false identification documents during KYC.
• Money laundering: Using the 33mwb platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds or circumventing anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live poker or card games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or by creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Hacking / security attacks: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the 33mwb platform, its database, or other players' accounts; introducing malware, viruses, or other malicious code; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent the platform's security measures.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, harassing, or engaging in discriminatory conduct toward 33mwb staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Underage play: Attempting to register or play as a minor, or facilitating access to the platform by anyone under the age of 18.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, verification, or during any communication with 33mwb support staff.

33mwb actively monitors accounts for signs of prohibited conduct using automated risk and fraud detection systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 33mwb will take immediate action proportionate to the severity of the breach, up to and including permanent account termination, legal referral, and reporting to relevant financial crime authorities.

Either the player or 33mwb may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 33mwb support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been fulfilled and no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the balance. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling habits are becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion through the 33mwb responsible gaming support channel at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available in increments of one month, three months, six months, twelve months, or permanent exclusion. Closure by 33mwb — For Cause: 33mwb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account immediately and without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; or any other circumstance that 33mwb reasonably determines warrants protective action.

Closure by 33mwb — Discretionary: In addition to closure for cause, 33mwb reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, for any reason, by providing the player with written notice to their registered email address. In such cases, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player within five business days of the closure notice.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, all pending bets and game sessions will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Settled winnings attributable to bets placed before closure will be credited or paid out as applicable. Bonus funds and any winnings from bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Data Retention After Closure: Following the closure of an account, 33mwb will retain personal data associated with that account for the period required by applicable data retention obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. Retained data will not be used for marketing purposes after account closure.
